The leaks for Nintendo’s next-generation console are getting even more out of hand.

At CES in Las Vegas, gaming accessory maker Genki is flat-out showcasing a dummy model of what it alleges is Nintendo’s new hardware, colloquially referred to as the ‘Switch 2.’ Tech publication Numerama, which has been likened to France’s version of The Verge, shared a video of Genki’s mock-up from the CES show floor.

Notably, this lines up with many of the other Switch 2 leaks we’ve seen, including magnetic Joy-Cons, a U-shaped kickstand and a mysterious ‘C’ button. On top of that, Genki corroborated previous leaks indicating that the Switch 2’s Joy-Cons will feature an optical sensor that will give them mouse-like functionality.

If that weren’t enough, Genki is also promoting a new webpage featuring a video of its Switch 2 renders, as well as an option to sign up for updates on its accessories for the new console. While third-party leaks aren’t anything new, it’s certainly less common to see a peripheral maker so brazenly share information on an unannounced product, especially one from a company as secretive (not to mention litigious) as Nintendo.

Finally, Genki claims that the Switch 2 will launch in April, which was corroborated by Numerama‘s Nicolas Lellouche. The French journalist also suggested in his video that the Switch 2 will be formally announced “in a few days.” This would align with December rumours pointing to a January reveal.

Nintendo, for its part, has only officially stated that the Switch 2 will be revealed before the end of March and that it will feature backwards compatibility with the Switch. Given the swath of leaks as of late, all eyes are on Nintendo to finally make some announcements sooner rather than later.
