Working out and saving money by simply turning your TV on seems too good to be true – but it isn’t
Summer is around the corner and with sunnier days ahead, Scots might be feeling the pressure to shift a bit of weight, tone up, or simply feel more comfortable in the clothes they are digging out from the back of the wardrobe.
But what if you could drop a dress size or lean out simply by turning on the TV? And what if, on top of that, you could save yourself a bit of money to go towards that couple’s holiday or staycation you have coming up?
It may seem to good to be true, but for Virgin TV customers, it’s a very real possibility. This is because Virgin customers can jump into the popular fitness app, Fit at Home, and enjoy exclusive access to over 500 workouts for three months at no extra cost. The service is usually £10 a month, so you are essentially saving yourself a tenner.
“It is our mission to provide customers the best possible value from their Virgin TV package, so we are thrilled to be offering three months access to Fit at Home, David Bouchier Chief TV and Entertainment Officer, raved.
“From the comfort of their own home, customers will benefit from professionally-led workouts, physiotherapy programs and so much more, without the need to shell out on a gym membership.”
Fit At Home offers sessions suited to everybody – including Bodyweight & Fit with Anna McCormack where Brits can do full-body workouts using just your body weight, so no need to faff around with equipment.
Dancing more your thing? Feeling a bit frisky? Sensual & Fit with Kasia Rain combines dance and fitness to help you embrace your sensuality while keeping fit by focusing on movements that up body confidence and coordination.
Sports & Physio programs offer physical therapy exercises for those who have taken a knock at the gym.
Elsewhere, Pilates & Fit with Lewis McNairy and Meditation & Fit keeps your abs strong and your mind in check.
Children and pregnant women aren’t left out, either.
Pregnant & Fit with Abby Taylor focuses on safe and effective exercises to maintain fitness during pregnancy.
Kids & Fun with Dan Cooke has fun moves for wee ones.
If you want to reap the benefits of all this, though, you need to act soon.
Customers who sign up to the app before June 30, 2025 can save £30 with the offer.
They will also gain access to professionally created and guided workouts – no gym membership required.
All customers need to do is simply turn on their TV to enjoy a range of exercise and wellness classes.
To subscribe, Virgin TV 360 and Stream customers simply need to head to the Apps area on their TV.
